Equipment Rental Specialist

Inside Sales Representative The Equipment Rental Specialist is an inside sales role responsible for supporting telephone and walk‑in customers with rentals of all types of construction/industrial equipment. It is the company’s front line of contact with the customer; the purpose is to understand customer equipment needs, negotiate and place orders, and maintain a professional customer service attitude at all times. Education & Experience High School diploma or GED required Valid driver’s license required Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools & equipment Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Previous equipment rental industry experience Strong customer service & telephone skills Solid computer and administrative skills Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred Bilingual (Spanish or another language) may be preferred in some locations Physical Demands The role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors or outdoors when required by the job.
