Compensation: Starting at $65,000 annually + performance incentives

We are looking for a hands-on, solutions-driven Transportation Operations Supervisor to lead evening transportation operations in a fast-paced logistics environment. This role is ideal for a strong transportation leader who thrives after-hours, enjoys leading drivers and dispatch operations, and can balance customer service, safety, and operational performance.

What You'll Do

• Managing daily transportation and dispatch operations for drivers and customer accounts.
• Leading evening and overnight operational execution to ensure service expectations are met.
• Building strong customer relationships while driving operational performance and accountability.
• Overseeing driver scheduling, route coverage, DOT compliance, and Hours of Service (HOS) auditing.
• Partnering with Safety and HR teams to support compliance initiatives, training, and company policies.
• Recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and developing driver teams for long-term success.
• Conducting accident investigations, performance counseling, and corrective action documentation as needed.
• Monitoring KPIs, service metrics, and operational efficiencies to continuously improve performance.

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required
• Experience in transportation operations, dispatch, logistics supervision, or fleet management
• Strong understanding of DOT/FMCSA regulations and transportation safety compliance
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume PM/after-hours environment
• Experience managing driver performance, scheduling, and customer service expectations
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of making real-time operational decisions
