As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with homeowners through pre-set, company-provided appointments to present customized home remodeling solutions, build rapport, and close high-ticket sales. No cold calling or prospecting required. What’s In It for You 100% commission W-2 role with uncapped earnings. Top performers regularly earn $150–250K+ annually. Pre-set, high-quality leads — focus on selling, not prospecting. Monthly vehicle allowance Paid training program Fast-track leadership opportunities, with top performers advancing into Sales Management in as little as 9–12 months. What You’ll Do Conduct professional in-home consultations using a proven sales system. Present customized remodeling solutions and guide homeowners through their options. Partner with your Sales Manager through ongoing coaching, training, and professional development.
