Job Description Job Description An apartment community in Tampa is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper to help maintain curb appeal and cleanliness. This highly visible role is key to creating a welcoming environment for residents and guests.
Responsibilities
Keep grounds, parking lots, walkways, and common areas free of trash and debris.

Clean and maintain amenities such as pool areas, grilling stations, and exterior of the leasing office.

Assist with light maintenance tasks such as pressure washing, painting, and moving supplies or furniture.

Report safety hazards, damages, or needed repairs promptly to the maintenance team.

Qualifications
Prior groundskeeping, porter, janitorial, or similar experience preferred.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 40–50 lbs.

Reliable, punctual, and detail‐oriented with pride in keeping the community clean.
