Onsite Maintenance Supervisor - Lead Safe Communities
Asset Living
Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community. You will supervise staff, coordinate work orders, ensure safety standards, and manage supplies and preventive programs. Regular on-site attendance is required, with on-call emergencies and vendor coordination as part of the role. Strong knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing is preferred, along with basic computer skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr Asset Living
