Client Operations & Campaign Coordination Specialist

• As an Account Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our daily account management operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly for our clients and our team.
• The Account Coordinator supports the account management team in ensuring smooth operations for our clients.
• This role assists in the day-to-day management of the clients local marketing and advertising business activity for the local Business Unit.
• Traffic creative assets to media vendors (Broadcast, Digital, OOH) to ensure campaigns launch accurately and on time.
• Support meeting execution: Coordinate client meetings from venue setup and communication protocols to preparing materials and handling day-of logistics as directed by Manager.
• Manage Client communication: Manage the official client email inbox, draft scheduled communications and coordinate details across internal departments.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. Prior internship or relevant agency/marketing experience is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
