LocationRedwood City, United StatesCompensation$175,000 annually## About This Role**Bessemer Venture Partners** is seeking an Associate to join its AI & Data Infrastructure investment team at the Redwood City, CA office.**About Bessemer Venture Partners**Bessemer Venture Partners is one of the world's leading venture capital firms with a long track record of early-stage investments in transformational technology companies.**Key Responsibilities**- Source and evaluate early-stage investment opportunities in data and AI infrastructure- Build authentic relationships within technical communities (meetups, conferences, informal channels)- Conduct rigorous due diligence and develop investment theses in emerging domains- Form contrarian, independent views and pressure-test assumptions- Actively experiment with current AI tools and research**Requirements**- 2–5+ years of experience in software engineering, ML/AI research, data science, technical product management, or founding a startup- Genuine passion for connecting with builders in the technical community- Strong relationship-building abilities- San Francisco Bay Area based- Prior investing experience is NOT required — technical depth matters most**Compensation**$175,000 annually. #J-18808-Ljbffr InforCapital
