A veterinary hospital is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its fast-paced, high-acuity emergency and triage team. This role offers the opportunity to practice advanced emergency medicine in a well-equipped facility with strong technical support and a collaborative team environment.This position is ideal for veterinarians who thrive in urgent care settings, enjoy problem-solving in real time, and want flexibility while delivering life-saving care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, triage, and manage emergency and critical care cases
• Perform diagnostics, stabilization, and treatment planning
• Provide life-saving interventions and emergency surgical procedures (based on experience)
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools such as digital radiology, ultrasound, and in-house laboratory equipment
• Monitor hospitalized patients and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and outcomes
• Collaborate with veterinary team members to ensure high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited institution
• Active or eligible veterinary license
• Interest or experience in emergency medicine or urgent care
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
