Description Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Kyle Dental and Braces | Kyle, TX Pay: $45 to $65 per hour Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM At Kyle Dental and Braces , we believe great hygiene care takes time, teamwork, and trust. We are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist who wants to provide excellent patient care in a supportive environment where your clinical judgment is respected and you are not expected to simply rush from one patient to the next. Your clinical judgment matters. We want hygienists who are comfortable educating patients, identifying concerns, and being an active part of the clinical team. What you’ll do As one of our hygienists, you will: Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene care, including scaling, polishing, and periodontal maintenance Take digital X-rays and iTero scans as needed Identify signs of periodontal disease, decay, and other oral health concerns Educate patients on their oral health and help them understand recommended care Collaborate with doctors on treatment planning Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation Follow infection control and patient safety standards Position Dental Hygienist Tier 1 Position Requirements Active Texas Registered Dental Hygienist license Strong clinical skills or a willingness to continue developing them A genuine interest in building relationships with patients A calm, positive, and team-oriented approach Strong communication skills Openness to feedback, learning, and professional growth A place to build your career We are not trying to be the busiest dental office.
