Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - CVOR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing cardiovascular surgery.
• Assist in the preparation of the operating room and ensure sterile procedures.
• Monitor patients’ vitals and report any significant changes to the surgical team.
• Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing interventions and patient responses.
• Participate in post-operative care and patient education.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR).
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Proficient in cardiovascular surgical procedures and sterile techniques.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
