Quick Facts Location: Portland, OR Start Date: Upon agreement End Date/Duration: Permanent Shift: 12 or 24-hour shifts (7am-7pm or 7am-7am) Hours/week: Varies based on shift Employment Type: Full-time License/Certs: Oregon OR license (preferred), NEONATAL NP or PA fellowship or residency completed Experience: Experience with neonates, delivery room, or intensive care preferred Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $1.00 per hour (rate discussed upon application) Benefits: Pay package discussed upon application; additional details available during interview What You’ll Do Provide clinical management of high-risk neonates in Level III NICUs Exercise autonomy in ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests Collaborate closely with medical, nursing, and support staff to deliver high-value, family-centered care Attend deliveries and perform procedures necessary for neonatal stability Educate families and support ongoing care planning Work at both Providence St. Vincent and Providence Portland Medical Centers What You Need Valid Oregon OR license (or willingness to obtain) Neonatal NP or PA fellowship/residency completion Experience with neonatal intensive care and delivery room procedures preferred Ability to work 12 or 24-hour shifts in high-acuity environment Strong collaborative and autonomous practice skills About the Assignment Join a well-established team at a leading facility in Portland, Oregon, with a Level III NICU capable of managing over 7,500 annual deliveries between two hospitals. Providers will support high-acuity neonates, attend deliveries, and contribute to a family-centered approach, working alongside neonatologists and maternal fetal medicine experts.
