Occupational Therapist (OT) Opportunity at Creekside Village and East Lake Nursing & Rehab

As an Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Requirements:

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Indiana.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
