Balance Staffing is looking for a driven Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing to placement. You'll build strong candidate pipelines, manage client relationships, and play a direct role in connecting great talent with great opportunities. What You'll Do Manage the full recruiting cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates Build and maintain a strong, ready-to-work candidate pipeline through calls, Boolean/keyword searches (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder), job fairs, and community partnerships Conduct daily phone screens and in-person interviews to assess skills and culture fit Partner with Account Managers and clients to coordinate interviews, relay offers, and close placements Keep candidate records accurate and up to date in the ATS Maintain relationships with placed associates through check-ins, coaching, and stay/exit interviews Support redeployment of top-performing associates as assignments end Identify and troubleshoot payroll/timecard issues in partnership with the Payroll team Collaborate with fellow recruiters, account managers, and support staff to hit shared goals What You'll Need 3-4 years of recruiting experience, including at least 2 years in staffing Strong communication skills — clear, persuasive, and comfortable giving/receiving candid feedback Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines A proactive, "find a way" approach to problem-solving Strong relationship-building skills with candidates, clients, and coworkers alike Why Balance Staffing Join a team that values candor, accountability, and genuine care for the people we place.
