Position Summary:

Helitech is experiencing rapid growth and is actively seeking a  Sales Estimator (Home Care Specialist)to join our team. This is a  high-performance, commission-driven role for individuals who want to take control of their income and thrive in a results-oriented environment.

In this role, you will meet with homeowners, diagnose foundation and waterproofing issues, and provide  custom solutions using our industry-leading products and systems .

What This Position Looks Like for You:

• Run company-provided, qualified in-home appointments with homeowners 
• Perform thorough inspections to identify foundation and waterproofing issues 
• Present custom solutions and close sales during the appointment 
• Build trust quickly and deliver a best-in-class customer experience 
• Maximize each opportunity through upsells, add-ons, and referrals 
• Follow up on open opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline 
• Track activity, performance, and results within our CRM system 
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Compensation & Benefits:

• First-year earning potential: $80,000–$150,000+ (commission-based) 
• Top performers earn $200,000–$300,000+
