Nurse for Residential Treatment Facility - LPN

We are seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse for a residential substance abuse treatment facility in West Monroe, LA.

Responsibilities include assisting with admissions and discharges, documenting assessments and treatment plans, monitoring for intoxication and withdrawal, providing medically supervised evaluation and withdrawal management, administering medications, and maintaining a safe environment.

Qualifications include an unrestricted LPN license in Louisiana, CPR and First Aid certifications, and knowledge of substance detoxification. Strong communication, team skills, and the ability to respond to crises are essential. Satisfactory background checks are required.
