Bldg/Grnds Spec III - 60011355 - FMO

Responsibilities Perform custodial and general maintenance duties at the Army Aviation Support Facility #2 and FMS at Donaldson Center. Assist in routine maintenance of building systems, including replacing lamps and lighting, minor plumbing repairs, and repairing stoppages in drain systems and leaks in supply and waste systems. Carry out minor repairs and adjustments to doors, door hardware, closers, and exit/egress devices. Operate buffers safely and dispose of chemicals according to proper procedures. Maintain knowledge of techniques, equipment, and procedures for floor maintenance. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, refill dispensers, wash walls, toilets, and urinals; clean mirrors, counter tops, and cabinets per manufacturer instructions. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Custodial or grounds keeping experience directly related to the area of employment. Valid South Carolina Driver’s license. Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, and stand for long periods. Ability to climb and work from ladders, stairs, and scaffolding. Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. Ability to work in confined spaces, hot, hazardous, and noisy locations, and in adverse weather conditions. #J-18808-Ljbffr State of South Carolina - Adjutant General's Office
