Finance Manager

Antwerpen Automotive is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Baltimore, MD. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing financial operations and driving the company’s financial strategy. Responsibilities Oversee and manage the company’s financial planning and budgeting processes. Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to leadership. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards. Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive business growth and profitability. Manage accounting functions, including audits, tax filings, and month‑end closing. Offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers and provide thorough explanations of aftermarket products and extended warranties. Seek new lending institutions and maintain good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs. Process financing and leasing deals accurately and secure approval through financial sources. Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and used‑vehicle and finance departments. Create and maintain a program with the sales department that will ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I department. Train and provide the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership’s financing and extended service programs. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial leadership role. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial analysis. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment. Previous automotive sales experience is required. Previous finance manager experience is a plus. Professional appearance and communication skills. Integrity, positive attitude, and strong work ethic. Willingness to learn and be a team player. Applicants must be 18 years or older, authorized to work in the US, have a valid driver’s license, and be insurable by the company. Candidates must pass a mandatory background check and drug screen.
