Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 6 month experience

Assignment Details

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: M 6:30am-12:30pm; T/TH 9:00am-7:00pm; W 6:30am-3:00pm; F 7:00am-3:30pm
