Mid-Michigan Recovery Services (MMRS) is looking to hire a Clinical Specialist who wants to make a difference!

With MMRS, you will play a vital role providing comprehensive assessments, individual and group counseling, treatment planning, and care coordination for individuals experiencing substance use disorders. As Clinical Specialist within our residential and outpatient treatment programs, you will work collaboratively with clients, multidisciplinary team members, and community partners to deliver person-centered, evidence-based care that supports long-term recovery. This role is ideal for a compassionate clinician who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment and is seeking professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field.
- Must possess or be eligible to obtain the Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) credential through MCBAP with an approved development plan.
- One year of experience working with individuals with substance use disorders preferred.
