Occupational Therapist - Acute Care

This is a 13-week contract position.

Day shift, 5x8 hours from 07:00 AM to 03:00 PM. Rotating weekends approximately every 3-4 weeks.

The Occupational Therapist (OT) will provide comprehensive therapy services in a Short Term Acute Care facility. The position requires floating between various units, including acute care, medical, ICU, and inpatient rehab. The OT will handle a diverse patient population with conditions ranging from multi-trauma, neurological issues, post-surgical recovery, to various orthopedic challenges.

• Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of diagnoses.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Deliver therapy sessions, ensuring adherence to productivity standards.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation using Epic charting system.

• Valid Washington State Occupational Therapy License.
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience required.
• Experience with inpatient rehabilitation is a plus.
• Strong commitment to teamwork, flexibility, and time management skills.
