• Start Date: 08/17/2026 (flexible)
• Duration: 13 weeks (with options to extend)
• Shift: 4x10-hour days (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, including 30-minute lunch)
• Hours per week: 40 hours
• Employment Type: Temporary/Travel assignment
• License/Certifications: KY state license (willing to license), NBCRNA Board Certification
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a large hospital setting, trauma experience required
• Additional: Must have recent level I trauma experience

What You’ll Do

• Provide anesthesia support for trauma, orthopedic, vascular, and neuro surgeries in a Level 1 Trauma Center
• Work under medical direction with anesthesiologists, typically in a 2-1 or 3-1 ratio
• Support staff including anesthesia techs and residents
• Perform intubation, central line placement, arterial lines, and line placements
• Cover OR cases across all ages (excluding neonatal)
• Contribute to patient safety and anesthesia care with a focus on teaching and collaboration
• Respond to emergent anesthesia needs in a fast-paced trauma environment

What You Need

• KY medical license (or willingness to obtain)
• NBCRNA certification required
• Minimum 1 year recent experience in a large hospital, trauma setting
• Skills in intubation, line placements, arterial lines
• Ability to work flexible hours and coordinate with medical team
