Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in San Leandro, CA. Provide skilled evaluation and treatment to patients across multiple settings to help them regain or improve daily living and work-related skills. This role requires clinical judgment, documentation, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams while supporting patient-centered goals.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active California Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in multiple settings, including inpatient rehabilitation and acute care, preferred.
• Current, verifiable clinical experience evaluating and treating adults with neurological and orthopedic diagnoses preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with standardized outcome measures and documentation in an electronic medical record.
• Experience with ADL training, splinting, and adaptive equipment recommendations.
