By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA Services and for the people who work here.NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Informatica IDQ Developer to join our team in Clark/Northern, New Jersey (US-NJ), United States (US).Job Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for designing, developing, and deploying data quality procedures and its outputsDesign and document matching plans, procedures, mappings, define best matching algorithm, configuring identity matching and analyzing duplicatesDevelop profiles and scripts for the execution and testing of mappings and workflows to implement data stewardship and exception processingLeverage IDQ for the profiling of source data into the Global Data Mastering Platform; defining and confirming metadata definition, cleansing and validating source of record(s) data, applying deduplication rules and readying the data for consumption by downstream systems.Participate in IDQ development efforts, validate work results, provide knowledge sharing and serve as a technical resource for other team membersCollaborate with BAs to gather requirements, documenting all mappings, mapplets, and rules in detail and make documentation available to the project teamCreate and execute the data quality mappings that will cleanse, de-duplicate, and otherwise prepare the project dataCreate human task workflow scenarios and IDQ scorecards to support data remediationImplement data quality processes leveraging the Address Verification engine capabilities; including transliteration, parsing, standardization and enrichment for both batch and single request modesLeverage profiling methods to properly identify data irregularities and inaccuraciesTranslate business rules into code and develop them in IDQDeploy mappings that will run in a scheduled, batch, or real-time environment.Utilize Informatica Developer, Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Metadata Manager, andInformatica Analyst to design and develop custom objects and rulesExcellent knowledge on Informatica platform independently integrate other different Informatica components and servicesExcellent data analysis, data quality processes, data governance, remediation and data profiling skills using Informatica and ExcelPreference given to those who are experienced in MDM implementationExperience and understanding with unit testing, release procedures, coding design and documentation protocol as well as change management proceduresMigrate objects from IDQ to PowerCenter or other Informatica componentProficient at writing SQL queries and verifying the resultsExcellent oral and written communication and presentations skills with the ability to lead meetings effectivelyAbility to multi-task with strong attention to detail and analytical skillsIndividual contributor with high level of commitment to team goals and ability to complete work with minimal supervisionMust demonstrate initiative and effective independent decision-making skillsStrong work ethic with a highly positive, hands-on, can-do attitude, and flexible team playerProcess-oriented and experience with SDLC methodologies and phases. Knowledge of Agile methodology a plusBasic Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) tool set (Version 10. x preferred).5+ years of hands on experience with the databases like Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, DB2 etc.Educational Qualifications:- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and work experiencThis position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
