Learn More: Visit us at What You’ll Do Manage all on-site construction activities from start to finish. Deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to Luedeker Homes' quality standards. Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, materials, and daily jobsite activities. Maintain project schedules and proactively resolve issues before they impact the project. Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and architectural drawings. Maintain accurate jobsite documentation, photos, and updates in JobTread . Conduct quality inspections throughout construction and ensure issues are corrected promptly. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite that reflects our standards. Build strong relationships with homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, and the internal team through proactive communication and professionalism. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of residential construction superintendent experience. Custom home or high-end residential construction experience preferred. Strong understanding of residential construction methods, scheduling, and sequencing. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Experience using JobTread or similar construction management software. Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. A proactive professional who takes ownership, follows proven processes, and keeps projects moving forward.
