Cleveland Clinic is seeking the Enterprise Chief of the Miller Family Heart, Vascular & Thoracic Institute (HVTI), a global flagship Institute with sites in Ohio, Florida, London and Abu Dhabi. The Institute includes the Departments of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery, Vascular Surgery and Cardiovascular Medicine. Responsibilities Provide leadership for the Institute across global sites. Oversee general operations, quality and safety, research, innovation, education. Recruit, retain, and mentor medical staff, administrators, educators and researchers. Develop and implement the strategic mission of the Cleveland Clinic Health System within the Institute. Qualifications Physician with significant experience in clinical care, education and scholarship. Proven leadership, administration and program development record. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across sites. Strong track record in research funding and publication preferred. Salary Range The salary range for this position reflects the anticipated salary range for full‑time physicians (100% FTE) and is generally aligned with or below the 50th percentile of nationally recognized compensation benchmarks by specialty. The actual compensation will be determined in accordance with fair market value, considering professional experience, clinical expertise, board certification, work history, and FTE. The stated range excludes the value of Cleveland Clinic’s comprehensive benefits package, which includes healthcare, dental, vision, retirement, and other offerings.
