You will be: handling office administration and coordinating ongoing administrative tasks, handling phone calls, handling office orders and purchases managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring smooth information and document flow, preparing and supporting company meetings, maintaining a professional office appearance and keeping common areas organized, cooperating with office service providers and vendors, carrying out tasks assigned by the supervisor, supporting other teams in their daily activities. Your profile: previous experience in a similar position will be a strong advantage, English proficiency allowing effective communication (minimum B2 level), good knowledge of MS Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel), very good organizational and prioritization skills, strong communication skills and high level of professionalism, proactive attitude and willingness to learn, Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
