Customer Service Representative

We are RECRUITING for various clients for experienced Customer Service Representatives.  We are seeking energetic, detail-oriented candidates to serve as the voice of our clients.  If you thrive in a fast-past environment, love talking to people, and pride yourself on fast, accurate typing and organization, we want to hear from you.  As a CSR, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clientele.  

• Inbound Call Handling: Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally as this is your primary responsibility.  If you do not like answering calls, this is not the position for you
• Prospective Customer Engagement: Speaking with potential customers, answer questions about client services, explain processes, and convert inquiries into booked appointments
• Accurate Data Entry & Documentation: Rapidly and accurately document customer information and call details into CRM system while on the phone
• Follow-up & Resolution: Address client inquiries, track ongoing service calls to completion, and perform basic administrative tasks as needed
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Verbal and written skills with a clear, professional voice, tone, and great active listening skills
• Efficient Typing Skills: Fast and accurate typing ability to take detailed notes in real-time while engaged in conversation
• Reliability: Proven work ethic, punctual, and dependable with a track record of excellent attendance
• Problem-Solving Ability: Quick thinker who can remain calm under pressure, multitask efficiently, and make quick decisions 
• Experience: 2 years experience in customer service, call center operations, or dispatching is preferred

Responsibilities

Accurate Data Entry and Documention- Rapidly and accurately document customer information and call notes into the system while on the phone. 

Follow-up and Resolution- Address client inquiries, track ongoing service calls to completion, and perform basic administrative tasks as needed. 

Schedule Optimization-  Monitor daily schedules, clear bottlenecks, and communicate updates to both clients and field personnel to ensure smoothe operations and timely service.
