Walk into Austin restaurants, bars and wine shops, sign them onto Dine Savvy, and get them genuinely live — not just signed. Dine Savvy is a consumer app for people who go out in Austin. A diner tastes something at a venue, follows that venue in the app, and the venue can then invite those followers back directly instead of shouting into a social feed. We are signing a founding cohort of Austin venues now, and you would be the person signing them. You would own the whole front end of that: build the list, get in the door, run the conversation, close the subscription — and then set the venue up so the thing actually works. Profile complete and accurate, table tents and QR codes placed, front-of-house staff trained on the ask, first invitation sent. An account that signs and then goes dark is not a win, and the pay is built to reflect that. What you'd actually do Build and work your own target list of Austin venues — independents and small groups, not chains Get in front of owners and GMs, mostly by walking in during the quiet hours between services Run the pitch and close the subscription Onboard the venue yourself: profile, photos, materials placed, staff trained, first campaign out the door Check back over the first few weeks so the venue keeps using it Log every conversation, including the ones that go nowhere — this early, what fails teaches us as much as what closes Feed back what you hear. You will meet the objections before anyone else does, and we want them raw. Who this fits You have sold to restaurant or bar owners before — or you have worked in one, and you know how the hours run and who actually decides You are comfortable walking in cold, and comfortable being told no You can explain a product plainly instead of reading a script You can run yourself. There is no floor manager and no daily huddle. Austin-based, with a car and your own phone and laptop Hospitality tech, POS, delivery, or food and beverage distribution experience is a plus. A wine or spirits background is a real plus. The honest version We are early. The app is live and there are venues on it, but this is a founding cohort, not a proven machine — you would be the first field rep, and part of the job is working out what actually lands.
