What You’ll Do Support daily living tasks like cooking, cleaning, medication assistance, and personal care Encourage participation in hobbies, social events, and community activities (movies, music, birthdays, and more!) Teach and model life skills that build confidence and independence Ensure comfort, safety, and dignity in every interaction Be an advocate and ally for people who may not always have a voice Laugh, have fun, and build meaningful relationships Your work will directly help people live fuller, happier lives—and that’s something to be proud of.
