Your ability to connect, build trust, and follow through will directly contribute to occupancy growth. Key Responsibilities Generate and convert leads through consultative sales strategies Build meaningful relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners Conduct engaging community tours that showcase the lifestyle and value of Delaney at Parkway Lakes Manage inquiries, nurture prospects, and maintain a strong follow-up cadence Overcome objections and guide prospects confidently toward a move-in decision Partner with the Director of Sales & Marketing to execute occupancy and lead-generation strategies Represent the community at networking events, outreach activities, and marketing initiatives Track sales activity and maintain accurate records within the lead management system Analyze local competition and identify opportunities to strengthen market position Schedule & Compensation Full-Time | Tuesday-Friday Compensation Package Base Salary starting at $70,000 annually depending upon experience Additional Commission Earnings Performance-driven role with significant impact on community success Benefits 401(k) with Company Match Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Life Insurance Flexible Spending Account Flexible Schedule Paid Time Off Employee Referral Program What Makes You a Great Fit Proven success in sales, business development, hospitality, or relationship management Minimum 2 years of sales or marketing experience Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related industry preferred Strong consultative selling and closing skills Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred Make an Impact While Growing Your Career This is more than a sales role.
