Orthopedic Surgery Total Joint Position in Sacramento, CA

Practice Overview:

We are in search of a fellowship-trained Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon to become a part of our collaborative and established team in Sacramento, CA . Our current team consists of 12 surgeons, including 1 specializing in Shoulder/Elbow, 3 in Hand, 3 fellowship-trained in Total Joints, 3 in Sports Medicine, and 2 General Surgeons. Additionally, we have 8 Physician Assistants, 1 Total Joint Coordinator, and 2 non-operative providers focused on fracture care. Robotic-assisted surgical systems are available for use.

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited residency in Orthopaedic Surgery and fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction (Total Joint)

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE)

• Possession of an active or eligible medical license in California, along with a fluoroscopy license

• Experience with the anterior approach for total hip replacement is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct primary and revision total joint surgeries

• Manage a specialty-focused clinic

• Participate in Level 3 trauma call, shared equally among 13 surgeons
