Position Summary The Senior Marketing Manager, Demand Generation will focus on demand generation activities to help drive quality leads for sales that generate revenue. This position requires a strong background in marketing with some B2B experience, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for creating impactful campaigns. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to generate demand for the company's solutions and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer service, to identify and produce materials that support the prospect-to-client lifecycle. Create and manage targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including events, social media, and digital advertising. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data to optimize and refine strategies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in B2B marketing, specifically as it pertains to our target markets. Marginal Functions Build, maintain and promote relationships with team members, peers across disciplines, and all other company team members ensuring effective coordination of communications and services affecting clients. Attend webinars and training to stay up to date on best practices related to the company and department. Complete projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Strong analytical and strategic-thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively-and independently-in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in project management, marketing automation tools, CRM and other marketing technologies. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B or software marketing. Stress Management: Handle stressful situations calmly and effectively, especially when dealing with client and employee concerns. Communication Demands Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with employees, managers, clients and external vendors. Cultural Sensitivity: Communicate with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, demonstrating cultural awareness and sensitivity. Written Communication: Prepare clear and concise documentation, including emails and notes. Verbal Communication: Lead planning sessions and team meetings. Provide clear instructions and support for clients, employees and managers. Presentation Skills: Present information effectively in training sessions with employees and other departments. Environmental Conditions Indoor, office environment. May occasionally have moderate noise level from copiers, printers, or coworkers.
