No experience required—comprehensive training provided Clean, temperature-controlled workspace Competitive starting pay: $18.00–$19.50 per hour, with increases following permanent hire Industry-leading job stability—Perrigo has never undergone mass layoffs Clearly defined path for growth and career advancement Primary Responsibilities: Set up and operate packaging machinery in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines Fill, secure, and label containers based on company and customer specifications Verify packaged goods against packing invoices Perform minor equipment repairs as necessary Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to position and secure machinery Adjust machine settings to ensure accuracy and timely completion of tasks Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Willingness to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift (permanent placements typically on 2nd or 3rd shift) Basic computer proficiency Availability for a minimum of 40 hours per week No allergies to over-the-counter pharmaceutical products Next Steps: If your qualifications meet our criteria, a recruiter will contact you to discuss next steps in the hiring process.
