Keep reading to learn more!What You'll Bring:EPA universal certification3+ years of commercial HVAC/R field service experienceExcellent electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skillsAttention to detail with the ability to read and interpret schematicsPhysical ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions/temperaturesEffective, professional English communication skills (verbal/written) and customer service skillsValid driver's license and a clean driving record (no major violations)Our ideal Commercial Refrigeration & HVAC Technician has experience creating job records, generating estimates, and invoicing customers through ServiceTitan (or a similar CRM), but it's not required if you're willing to learn.Commercial Refrigeration & HVAC Technician Responsibilities:You 'll travel to locations throughout the South Bay to expertly inspect, diagnose, and service clients' heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This includes walk-in coolers, ice machines, rooftop units, and more. While on-site, you'll communicate with customers about their needs, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and perform safe, compliant repairs and maintenance services. You'll keep track of the work you perform and the parts you use to support accurate billing and cost-tracking.
