Maryland Licensed Bilingual Therapist

To support a growing remote clinical practice, a Maryland Licensed Bilingual Therapist will manage a caseload of 15-36 therapy sessions per week, providing individual, family, and group therapy primarily during weekday afternoons and evenings, with a focus on culturally responsive care for Spanish-speaking families. Key responsibilities Conduct intakes and develop client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists Maintain timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system Required qualifications Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT, or LCSW-C Experience working with children, teens, and families Comfortable working independently in a remote setting Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred Grounded in trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice
