Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled healthcare professional to join our Labor & Delivery (L&D) and Postpartum department. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience in both L&D and postpartum care, ensuring high-quality support and expertise for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional care and support to patients during labor, delivery, and the postpartum period.
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, making critical decisions to ensure safety and comfort.
• Educate patients and families on newborn care, breastfeeding, and postpartum recovery.
• Assist in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as required in both L&D and postpartum settings.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Labor & Delivery and Postpartum nursing.
• Current nursing license in the state of practice.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
