Summary Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting sales objectives at the Melrose flagship store. The role focuses on building client relationships, maintaining brand presentation, and assisting with daily retail operations. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers, provide product knowledge and styling advice to drive sales. Achieve individual and store sales targets and support clienteling efforts. Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards. Process transactions accurately using the POS, handle returns, and manage receipts. Support stock receiving, replenishment, and inventory organization on the sales floor. Requirements 2+ years retail or luxury fashion sales experience with a strong customer-service focus. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a high level of professionalism. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and peak retail periods.
