Details Work in the Birthing Center unit specializing in LDRP care Patient ratio of 1:5 Night shift, 3x12 schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Weekend and call requirements as needed by the facility Mandatory floating as needed to other units Uses EPIC EMR system Requirements Active RN license (Missouri or Compact) required Current certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, and NRP Minimum 1 year of recent Labor and Delivery experience required Flu vaccination or facility-approved exemption required November 1 through April 1 No employment gaps of 90 days within the past 12 months Additional Information Provide direct patient care for laboring and postpartum patients as part of a patient-focused, flexible team Black scrubs required First-time travelers may be considered Up to 5 days of requested time off allowed, must be made up during the assignment Local candidates accepted, though bill rate is reduced for candidates living within 50 miles of the facility Subcontractor staff living within 50 miles are limited to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts before requiring a 1-year separation or transfer to a facility outside the radius American Traveler Job ID P-750344.
