Performance Marketing Lead

Owning performance and growth marketing from the ground up, the full-time remote Founding Performance Marketing Lead will manage paid acquisition, creative testing, and conversion funnel optimization while collaborating closely with the founders and cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Build and scale the paid acquisition engine across various channels, managing media spend and optimizing for pipeline quality Develop a high-velocity testing engine for creative assets and establish a repeatable process for production and iteration Own the conversion funnel by improving the user journey from ad to activation and creating landing pages independently Required qualifications 4-8+ years of hands-on performance marketing or growth marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or related fields Proven track record of managing and scaling significant paid media budgets, translating spend into qualified pipeline Deep experience with ad platforms, capable of building campaigns and optimizing performance independently Strong understanding of funnel economics, including metrics like CAC, CPL, and conversion rates Experience in building and improving landing pages and conversion flows with a focus on conversion rate optimization
