As a Site Engineering Manager, you will lead engineering teams in delivering critical technical solutions that enable plant restoration, system recommissioning, and operational readiness. This role is accountable for making disciplined, high-impact decisions related to plant design, system performance, and modification of structures, systems, and components, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Your leadership will directly support both the successful restart of the station and its long-term safe, reliable operation.This is a long-term leadership position within the operating organization, responsible for guiding cross-functional teams and providing technical direction to senior plant leadership. The role serves as a key liaison across engineering disciplines, operations, and regulatory stakeholders during this historic restart and throughout the operating life of the plant.
