Controls Engineer – Salary: $130,000–$160,000 per year Salary: $130,000‑$160,000 per year Benefits Excellent compensation package Yearly profit sharing Yearly bonus Free benefits 4+ weeks of vacation Tuition reimbursement Great environment Responsibilities Develop, install, and commission control systems to optimize manufacturing processes and increase productivity. Program and integrate PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems for automated equipment. Provide Controls and Automation Systems technical support to other company locations. Design and select plant control system architecture (control panels, hardware, communication protocols, etc.). Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and other team members. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related field. Proficient in PLC programming, HMI, SCADA, and electrical controls. Hands‑on experience with Allen Bradley PLCs, HMI development, Wonderware (Aveva) ArchestrA. Experience with .NET programming, SQL databases, and Ethernet/IP communication. Open to 25% travel.
