Job Description Job Description Experienced Full-Time On-Site Property Manager – 48-Unit Community. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time On-Site Property Manager to oversee a 48-unit residential community. This is a live-in position ideal for a highly motivated individual with strong property management, leasing, and maintenance coordination skills. Job description: Oversee daily operations of the property, ensuring smooth management and tenant satisfaction. Handle leasing activities, including marketing, showings, tenant screenings, and lease agreements. Collect rent, manage delinquent accounts, and enforce lease terms. Supervise maintenance requests, schedule repairs, and ensure timely property upkeep. Maintain compliance with property management policies and local regulations. Address tenant concerns and foster a positive community environment. Prepare reports on occupancy, finances, and maintenance. Experience and skills: Minimum 3 years of property management experience (multifamily preferred). Strong knowledge of leasing, Fair Housing laws, and tenant relations. Proficiency in property management software and financial reporting. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and handle on-call responsibilities.
