Registered Nurse Supervisor (3pm-11pm)

About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse Supervisor (3pm-11pm), you will play a vital role in leading our nursing team to deliver high-quality patient care. In this full-time position, you will supervise a team of nurses, provide guidance and support, and ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor a team of registered nurses to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes
Develop and implement nursing plans and procedures to promote patient safety and well-being
Monitor patient care and address concerns promptly
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
Provide education and training to nursing staff to enhance skills and knowledge
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care
Requirements:
Current RN licensure in the state of Florida
Minimum of years of experience in a healthcare setting
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Strong commitment to patient-centered care and a team-oriented approach
