- Support the Accounts Payable Lead with daily AP activities, invoice processing, vendor maintenance, and payment workflows while keeping the team organized and efficient.
- Serve as the backup to the AP Lead , ensuring continuity of payment processing, vendor support, and critical accounting functions with confidence and reliability.
- Work independently to process invoices, reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, maintain accurate records, and support inventory-related transactions with accuracy.
- Review invoices with the accounting team to ensure sales and use tax compliance and accurate payment processing.
- Support month-end accounting activities, including accounts payable and inventory reconciliations, while helping maintain accurate financial records and a smooth close process.
- Experience in accounts payable, accounting, or administrative support (required).
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Professional communication skills with coworkers, vendors, and customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word; experience with accounting systems is preferred.
- Must be 18 and eligible to work in the United States. Must be proficient in reading and speaking English.

The starting pay range for those new to the business is $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on job-related skills, background experience, and industry knowledge.
