Description - Your Role Awaits

• Conduct both routine and advanced clinical lab tests across various fields such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate laboratory results for accuracy, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and ensure lab instruments undergo proper maintenance and calibration.
• Engage in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Document all processes meticulously, mentor incoming staff or students, and uphold the highest quality standards in the lab.
• Ensure a clean, safe workspace while complying with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of hire.
• Maintain current certification throughout employment.
