Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Access Support in Westlake, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Security Officer supporting a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain access control, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible, professional presence. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.75 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon06:30 AM - 07:30 PMTue06:30 AM - 07:30 PMSun06:30 AM - 07:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 6 months of security-related experience. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
