Are you an experienced Title Pre-Processor looking to join a fast-paced, professional team with a national reach? Closeline Settlements, a leading title and settlement services company operating in 38 states, is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Title Pre-Processor to join our team at our headquarters in Rockville, MD.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist Senior Processors with residential real estate settlement transactions
- Perform preliminary file setup and preparation
- Obtain payoffs, HOA information, and other required documentation
- Communicate and follow up with clients, agents, lenders, and vendors
- Coordinate and schedule closings
- Maintain accurate and organized transaction files throughout the process
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of title processing experience preferred
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Schedule:
Monday through Friday
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Compensation:
Salary commensurate with experience.
