Delivery Specialist - Hub

Essential Job Functions Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply. Deliver parts and/or products to O’Reilly stores and the distribution center in a safe and efficient manner. Drive company vehicle to deliver parts and products to stores and/or distribution center. Pick up and sign for stock transfers at each stop on set route; deliver to appropriate store. Maintain a daily city route manifest for deliveries. Keep fleet/fuel card, vehicle, and keys secure. Report accident, maintenance, or fuel needs immediately. Ensure a designated team member at each store verifies all invoices and signs the route manifest. Deliver items according to set schedule, reporting delays to the city delivery supervisor and/or remaining stores. Project a professional and personable image to maintain good customer relations. Communicate problems or special needs from stores to store management. Clock‑in and clock‑out according to company policy. Check fluid levels (oil, radiator, transmission, etc.) and log mileage before operating vehicle each day. Fill fuel tank and secure vehicle at the end of the day. Drive safely and defensively. Skills / Education / Knowledge / Experience / Abilities Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences. Good interpersonal communication skills. Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations. Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system.
