Email Marketing Specialist

Manage CRM campaigns — planning, timelines, risks, resources Route creative, finalize proof comments, and hand off final English HTML for translation Run deep QA on emails in every language and market — links, artwork, video, functionality Advise stakeholders on what the CRM platform can (and can't) do Track milestones and deliverables, re-estimating as things shift Provide on-call support for end-of-month and urgent field communications Serve as backup for the email coordinator What you'll bring: AA/AS or BA/BS in Marketing, or equivalent Communications certification 2+ years in Communications or a related field Solid grasp of email marketing principles, triggered campaigns, and A/B testing Sharp organizational skills and grace under tight deadlines Why this role: You'll touch campaigns that reach a global audience across multiple markets — real scale, real visibility, and a fast-moving environment where your attention to detail genuinely matters. #J-18808-Ljbffr
