Position Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Salary Range: Pay based on experience

Join the team at Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Attraction in Pigeon Forge, creating high-energy dining experiences for thousands weekly. We are seeking a dynamic leader for our back-of-house, managing the "magic behind the menu" in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Job Summary
As Kitchen Lead , you will command a high-volume show kitchen, managing staff and ensuring the flawless, simultaneous service of our four-course feast. Responsibilities include maintaining strict safety, sanitation, and quality standards while leading the team to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Operations: Would like someone with experience leading a kitchen, Serve Safe certification a plus.
- Quality & Safety: Ensure every meal meets high standards while maintaining strict safety and sanitation protocols.
- Performance: Maintain efficiency, consistency, and a positive attitude.
- Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Proven leadership experience in low stress team environment, with a set schedule.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of culinary procedures, safety regulations, and exceptional organizational skills.
- Availability: Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
